Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped from the United States of America.

We ship our products via USPS(United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders will ship via UPS or USPS mail service (Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Parcel Post). Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of order placement.

For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers and staff, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, coils, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick and wire.

Orders valued over $100 may require signature upon delivery.

There will be no deliveries on holidays or Sundays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

If you ordered during a holiday, or on a long holiday weekend (such as Labor Day), your order may take an extra two days for processing in addition to the normal processing time.

Important notice regarding tracking numbers: USPS does not always update their tracking information in a timely manner. If you received a tracking number, it has been shipped. The USPS tracking system is outside of our control so please consider this before contacting us about your tracking information.

In the event you provided us with the wrong shipping address, and your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package. This applies to all orders.

The total delivery time for your order to arrive is a combination of the availability and delivery time. The Free Shipping delivery time of 3-5 business days is the time in transit once your package has left our warehouse. For example, your order will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days and will arrive within 3-6 business days of leaving our warehouse.

Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.

Return Policy

For all customers, we accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 7 days.  The items that are returned/exchanged will be replaced with a new item, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Simply ship it back to us for a replacement item.

The shipping and ALL shipping charges on any returned product or products are up to the customer and is at the customers expense.

We do not accept returns of defective products or unopened products after 7 days of arriving at it destination .

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. You must return all accessories and product component parts. Any items sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. Please return the product with all the original packaging, if possible, and the uncompleted warranty card and owner’s manual (if applicable). For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items. Please return units only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the address listed on the box.

Note:  We cannot issue credits on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.  If an item arrives defective, we exchange the item. Customer pays the return shipping fees for the defective item and we take care of the shipping cost of the replacement item. We do not provide refunds for used items.
